NDASSP - Nominee must have at least three consecutive years of experience as a principal in eligible schools.
NDAESP - Nominee must be a practicing principal with a minimum of five years of experience in the principalship and intend to continue in that role.

Selection Process: Regional representatives from both NDASSP and NDAESP will review nominations and select regional winners who will also be state finalists.

Announcement: Winners will be announced at the Joint Mid-Winter Conference, scheduled for February 4-6
