PRINCIPALS:  NDCEL has decided to better serve you we are going to change the way we deliver NDCEL Bootcamp! We know it is extremely difficult for principals to get out of their buildings in the beginning of August and we wanted to honor that stressful time of year for you all. To do this we have split the Bootcamp into two separate conferences again this year. One for Principals (September 13, 2023) and one for Superintendents (August 8, 2023).

This event will consist of seasoned school principals leading sessions on topics such as school and community relations, time management, teacher evaluations and effectiveness, mental health of our students and staff, choice ready, and what your NDCEL membership can do for you. Roundtable discussions and elementary and secondary principal question and answer panels will also be a part of the program. This conference is both for new and not-so-new principals!

Breakouts, EdCamp discussions, learning from experienced Principals. 

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Baymont Inn and Suites, 2611 Old Red Trail, Mandan 701-663-7401.  Ask for the NDCEL Boot Camp block of rooms.
