Synopsis

For the Class B small school division, it came down to the very last question and any of the three schools could have won the state title with a correct answer.  It was Strasburg that buzzed in first to answer and won a state championship.  Congrats to North Sargent wo took 2nd and North Border-Pembina who ended in 3rd place.  Congratulations Strasburg!

In the Class B large school division Hettinger came from behind in the lightning round to defeat Northern Cass(2nd) and Tioga(3rd) for the championship!  Congrats to Hettinger!

For our final championship, the Class A division,

It was Fargo North that pulled out early and played a strategic game by only buzzing in when necessary.  They held their lead through most of the lightning round and won their second State Championship.  Congrats also to Fargo South (2nd) and Grand Forks Red River (3rd ).  Congrats to the Fargo North 'Smart'ans!
