The NDCEL Summer Conference brings educational leaders together for growth, connection, and a chance to step away from the day-to-day and recharge. It’s professional learning with purpose — and with personality.

You’ll experience sessions that challenge and inspire, paired with networking that feels natural and fun. Think real conversations, relaxed settings, and opportunities to connect beyond the conference room.

And because leadership should include a little fun, we’ve built in experiences like golf, Board & Brush, a Steak Fry, and social events that make it easy to unwind and enjoy the time together.

This year’s theme, Class of Then. Leaders of Now., adds a throwback twist. Whether you’re rocking bell bottoms, big hair, New Kids on the Block merch, or early-2000s vibes, it’s a celebration of the era that shaped you — and the leader you’ve become.

*All offerings require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Failure to cancel, will require full payment.

Graduate Credit

Graduate credit is available for attendees of the NDCEL Summer Conference.
(1 credit, through the University of Mary)

To be eligible, you must check in, via QR code, each day of the conference.

You must be registered for graduate credit by noon on the final day of the conference—no exceptions.

Steak Fry & Cornhole are included with conference registration. Guests are welcome for additional fee

Golf and Board & Brush are optional activities and require an additional fee.
