Each year, the NDCEL Summer Conference is designed specifically for educational leaders who want to grow, connect, and recharge. It’s more than just professional development—it’s an experience.

You can expect engaging sessions that fuel your leadership and a lineup of networking opportunities that break the mold. From meaningful conversations to laid-back, good-vibes-only events, this conference is built to spark ideas, build relationships, and reenergize you for the work ahead.

Whether it’s your first time attending or you’re coming back for more, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to lead with renewed impact. In addition to the conference offerings there is plenty of fun - golf, board and brush, steak fry and socials - it's sure to be a great time!

*All offerings require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Failure to cancel, will require full payment.

Graduate Credit

Graduate credit is available for attendees of the NDCEL Summer Conference.
(1 credit, through the University of Mary)

To be eligible, you must check in, via QR code, each day of the conference.

You must be registered for graduate credit by noon on the final day of the conference—no exceptions.

Conference Extras

In past years, Summer Conference extras have included golf outings, socials, and unique networking opportunities. While we haven’t finalized what 2026 holds just yet, you can count on meaningful connections and fun experiences—details and registration coming soon!
