Innovation Academy 2025-2026
Driving Student Success Through Innovation and Personalized Learning
Inspired by Scott McLeod’s Four Continuums of Change, Innovation Academy is grounded in the belief that meaningful school transformation requires more than surface-level adjustments—it demands intentional shifts across thinking, processes, supports, and goals. We focus on helping educators and schools overcome implementation roadblocks by aligning change efforts along these four key continuums:
From Random to Intentional
We move beyond isolated efforts and implement strategic, student-centered practices that ensure personalized learning isn’t just a buzzword but a well-integrated model of instruction. From Individual to Team-Based
Change is sustained when it becomes a collective effort. We equip teams of educators to co-create solutions and build a shared vision of personalized, innovative learning environments. From Infrequent to Systemic
Scattered attempts won’t move the needle. We work toward embedding personalized learning into the fabric of daily school life, supported by policies, time structures, and leadership. From Low-Impact to High-Impact
Our focus is not just to innovate, but to do so with measurable results—prioritizing what helps students learn deeply by doing what they do best: collaborating, creating, exploring, and solving real problems.
Innovation Academy helps schools embrace change not as an event but as a continuous process—guiding educators to reimagine learning so every student is empowered to thrive.
