The 2025 NDCEL Fall Conference marks our 50th anniversary—a golden milestone honoring five decades of empowering North Dakota’s educational leaders. As our largest annual gathering, this conference brings together over 400 principals, superintendents, and education professionals for high-impact professional development, meaningful connections, and forward-thinking leadership. In 2025 our attendees will also include technology directors! In 2025, NDATL will not be holding its own conference and has instead opted be part of the NDCEL Fall Conference experience. To Be included in the Conference program as a Sponsor, all information is needed by Oct 1st.

Vendor Breakout Presentation Opportunity

Exhibitors are eligible to do a breakout session. All exhibitor breakout sessions will be pre-recorded and put on our online conference platform. We have these videos available for our attendees to watch until April 30, 2025.

Online Pre-Recorded Session Proposals - Due Friday, October 3rd

We are excited to offer the opportunity for educators to submit pre-recorded breakout sessions for the 2024 NDCEL Fall Educators Conference. This option is perfect for those who are unable to attend the conference in person, are not comfortable presenting live, or were not selected as a breakout presenter. By submitting a pre-recorded session, you can still share your expertise and insights with our attendees, ensuring your valuable contribution is part of the conference. Your session will be made available on the NDCEL Canvas, accessible to participants from October 23, 2025, through April 30, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund..

Substitutions: If you cannot attend, you may substitute another person in your place at no additional charge. Please notify us at least 14 days before the event. We do understand last-minute changes do happen, so please do your best to accommodate this.
